By the Swiss move to return to market forces, Draghi might be smiling. The Swiss currency has appreciated so rapid that there are losses which take time to estimate or rather quantify. Emerging markets will be hit. Latin America, Asia and Russia may be hit quite hard as loss estimates are quantified.
