The eastern wind seems to slow down. The wind mill is therefore quite a slow down too. ECB is slow as usual. The Germans seem quite indifferent to the unemployed people of Europe. If ECB does not act fast world markets seem downhill. Gold and equity down means Dollar heavy. Emerging markets brace for a fall.
